We interviewed students at different stages of online study to understand their perspectives. Initially, many students believed online study would be more convenient than traditional university. However, they soon realized online study has significant problems, including technical issues, unsuitable home environments, difficulty communicating with instructors, and inability to form social relationships. In the end, most students agreed online study has strengths but acknowledged concerns about these issues
