This thesis examined the effects of slacklining on core strength and balance in college students. Students enrolled in a Circus Arts class that included slacklining twice weekly for four weeks were the experimental group. Students in an indoor rock climbing class were the control group. Both groups completed core strength and balance tests before and after the four weeks.
