Nantero is developing a non-volatile memory technology called NRAM that uses carbon nanotubes. NRAM has demonstrated unlimited endurance, data retention of over 10 years at 300C, fast write/read times under 20ns, and can scale to densities under 5nm. Nantero has a foundry capability to integrate carbon nanotubes using standard CMOS backend processes and their NRAM technology is being developed for applications to replace NAND flash, DRAM, and as embedded non-volatile memory.
