PU523 is a one-component, non-sagging sealant for construction sealing applications. It has good resistance to UV, aging, and weathering, and can accommodate movements of up to 25%. PU523 cures quickly, reaching depths of up to 2.5 mm in the first day. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, and can be used to seal joints in facades, rainscreens, curtain walls, and around windows and doors.
