About this Engineering article

Electrocatalytic Response of Norepinephrine at a β-Cyclodextrin Incorporated Carbon Nanotube Modified Electrode by Geyun Wang; Xiujuan Liu; Bo Yu; Guoan Luo is a Engineering article available to read on EtoBox.

In 0.1 M KH 2 PO 4 + Na 2 HPO 4 buffer solution (pH 6.0), the b-cyclodextrin incorporated carbon nanotube modified electrode (b-CD/CNT/ME) exhibits a strong catalytic effect toward the electro-chemical oxidation of norepinephrine (NE). The peak current increases linearly with the concentration of NE in the range of 1:0 Â 10 À6 -3:0 Â 10 À4 M. The detection limit is 5:0 Â 10 À7 M. Using cyclic voltammetry, we obtained two peaks for ascorbic acid (AA) and NE in the same solution. The separation between the two peaks is about 264 mV.

It is typically read by researchers, students, and practitioners in Engineering.
