The SBCA has issued a NOC for the sale and advertisement of residential and commercial plots at Dream City project located in Karachi. The project consists of 191 residential plots of 120 sq. yds each priced at Rs. 24,00,000 and 34 commercial plots mortgaged to SBCA. The developer must complete construction by June 30, 2019. Buyers must sign a written agreement on a Rs. 20 stamp paper and payment will be made in 11 installments based on construction milestones.
