This document provides instructions for building prototypes of alternating blinky lights, a single traffic signal light, and a traffic intersection with two connected signals using an Arduino Uno board. The first level has students build two LEDs that blink alternately using pins 13 and 12. The second level builds a standing traffic signal with a red, yellow and green LED. The third level extends this to create two connected traffic signals that mimic the light patterns of a real intersection.
