What is RPS 2018: New Basic Pay Fitments about?

The document outlines the expected new basic pay scales for government teachers in R.P.S. for 2018 based on different fitment levels of 30%, 35%, and 40%. It provides a table comparing the present basic pay, DA as of July 2018, and the new basic pay that would result from applying the different fitment levels from levels 1 to 81 in the teacher pay scale. The new basic pay increases as the fitment level and teacher level/experience increases.
