TOKYO Subotica Residential Complex Overview by Centar Znanja is a document available to read on EtoBox.
The residential complex is built right next to the central city zone according to the SIZ (Self-government Community of Interest) plan for housing construction from 1975. It was built based on the General Urban Plan (GUP 63), in the zone which was partially destroyed by bombing. The construction system is mainly reinforced concrete skeleton system and the buildings are multi-storey buildings.
