What is Optimal Spectrum Handoff for CR Networks about?

The document presents an optimal spectrum handoff scheme for cognitive radio mobile ad hoc networks, focusing on efficient channel selection and handoff decision-making to improve transmission efficiency. It introduces a spectrum selection mechanism and a geo-location approach to address space domain handoff, evaluated through simulations showing significant improvements over conventional methods. The proposed scheme aims to maximize secondary transmission time while minimizing sensing delays and quality de
