What is Stacks for Validating Expressions about?
Stacks can be used to solve problems involving nested parentheses and scopes. When evaluating expressions with multiple delimiters like parentheses, braces and brackets, a stack can be used to keep track of opened scopes. As each delimiter is encountered while scanning the expression, it is pushed onto the stack. When a closing delimiter is encountered, it is checked against the top of the stack.
