What is Motor Skills and Cognition in PPB Children about?

This study investigates the relationship between early motor skills and cognitive/language outcomes at age 3 in children with and without positional skull deformation (PPB). Results indicate that while 7-month motor skills showed modest associations with later outcomes, significant correlations were found at 18 months, particularly for children with PPB. The findings suggest that early interventions targeting motor development in infants with PPB may benefit cognitive and language development later on.
