What is Pakistani Superhero: Imran Aktar Profile about?

Imran Aktar is a Pakistani civilian who was kidnapped by the Iraq government and injected with an experimental liquid containing fish DNA in an attempt to create super soldiers. The experiment gave him super strength as well as fish-like skin and the ability to control water and jump long distances. He operates out of a secret lair in a submarine in the Arabian Sea and wears a mask to cover his altered skin. He has taken matters into his own hands to seek revenge on the government and end the war.
