This study compares the hemodynamic responses during endotracheal intubation using conventional Macintosh laryngoscopy versus video laryngoscopy in ASA grade I and II patients. Results indicate that while video laryngoscopy takes longer for intubation, there are no significant differences in hemodynamic changes between the two methods. Thus, video laryngoscopy does not provide a hemodynamic advantage over conventional laryngoscopy in this patient population.
