In a report of four patients, three women aged 24-80 years [not all exact ages at the time of ADR diagnosis were stated] were described who developed thrombocytopenia, neutropenia or asthenia during treatment with trabectedin for synovial sarcoma or leiomyosarcoma [routes not clearly stated; not all dosages, durations of treatments to reactions onset and outcomes stated]. Case 1: A 24-year-old woman developed thrombocytopenia and neutropenia during treatment with trabectedin for synovial sarcoma. She was diagnosed with synovial sarcoma at age of 20 years in May 2012. She had disease progression on previous chemotherapy with doxorubicin and ifosfamide. Therefore, in February 2015, she started receiving trabectedin continuous infusion at a dose of 1.5 mg/m 2 every 3 weeks. She showed partial response to trabectedin. In February 2016 at the age of 24 years, she developed haematological toxicities of grade 2 thrombocytopenia and grade 2 neutropenia after 16 cycles of trabectedin.
