What is Chip about?

Chic saw something and was sailing on a vessel that started wobbling fiercely in a huge wave. The vessel crashed into a rock and was wrecked, causing Chic to faint. Chic heard a buzzing sound and introduced himself to the creature, named Granny, who revealed the island was called Dutch Treasure Island and that there was a treasure hidden somewhere that Chic now had to find or else be Granny
