Tuguegarao City in the Philippines will celebrate the Pav-vurulun Afi Festival from August 8-16, 2015 to honor St. Hyacinth and showcase Ibanag culture and traditions. The festival, which means "coming together" in Ibanag, will feature street dancing competitions, drum and instrument performances, agricultural and tourism fairs, and an outdoor pancit cooking contest to promote the local noodle dish Pancit Batil Patung for which the city is famous.
