What is Kimbond 2480 Woodworking Adhesive about?

Kimbond 2480 is a light yellow, unfilled EVA-based hot melt adhesive recommended for edgebanding of plastics, melamine paper, and wood veneer. It has excellent adhesion and heat stability. Kimbond 2480 is supplied as granules and features a transparent appearance, long open time, and high viscosity. It is used in automatic edgebanding machines between 200-220°C and adheres substrates that are dry, at right angles, and free of dust.
