A novel acetylcholinesterase (AChE) biosensor utilizing silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) and carboxylic graphene (CGR) has been developed for pesticide detection. The biosensor demonstrated high sensitivity and stability, detecting chlorpyrifos and carbaryl at very low concentrations, with detection limits of 5.3 × 10−14 M and 5.45 × 10−13 M, respectively. This study presents an effective platform for enzyme immobilization, enhancing the performance of biosensors in pesticide analysis.
