This pilot study evaluated the efficacy and safety of oral diindolylmethane (DIM) as a nonsurgical treatment for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) 2 or 3. Among 64 enrolled subjects, 47% in the DIM group showed improvement in CIN lesions, with no significant toxicity reported. However, there was no statistically significant difference in outcomes between the DIM and placebo groups.
