This study presents an electronically tunable memristor circuit utilizing a Voltage Differencing Current Conveyor (VDCC), two PMOS transistors, and a grounded capacitor. The design allows for electronic control of both the memductance value and operating frequency, demonstrating superior characteristics compared to existing memristor circuits. The proposed memristor has been simulated and implemented on a breadboard, with results aligning with previous studies.
