June 10, 2016 – Today, the Supreme Court of Guam issued an opinion in the case People v. Blas, 2016 Guam 19. Defendant-Appellant Frankie Garrido Blas requested Interlocutory Review of the trial court’s denial of his request to continue his trial so that he to secure the attendance of a potentially exculpatory witness.
