This study investigates the role of Karyopherin Subunit Beta 1 (KPNB1) in prostate cancer and how astragaloside IV affects tumor growth and biological behavior through KPNB1 modulation. Results show that astragaloside IV downregulates KPNB1 expression, leading to decreased cell viability, increased apoptosis, and reduced tumor growth in prostate cancer models. The findings suggest potential therapeutic applications of astragaloside IV in managing prostate cancer by targeting KPNB1.
