Molecular Docking Screen of Northeast Indian Flora Against Type 2 Diabetes Targets by Mr.S. p.roy is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study explores the potential of bioactive compounds from Northeast Indian flora as treatments for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) through molecular docking against key protein targets. A total of 450 phytochemicals were screened, resulting in 18 lead compounds with strong binding affinities, particularly swertiamarin and zanthoxylumamide, which showed multi-target potential. The findings support the efficacy of traditional medicinal practices and pave the way for the development of new plant-based diab
