What is High Efficiency Vermiculture System about?

This patent describes a high efficiency process and apparatus for vermicomposting using thin layers of biomass. Worms are established in a continuous thin layer of organic waste formed on a moving conveyor surface. As the surface moves, new waste is continuously added and digested waste is removed, maintaining the worms within a portion of the biomass.
