What is Aling Marta about?

Aling Marta accuses a young boy of stealing her wallet at the market. She grabs him forcefully and threatens to take him to the police. The police officer questions both of them but cannot find any evidence that the boy took the wallet. Aling Marta grows frustrated as her accusations remain unproven. The police officer tells her if she wants to bring the boy to the station, she must come along, otherwise they have no reason to detain the boy further.
