This study focuses on the design and simulation of an electric scooter frame using the Finite Element Method (FEM) with materials Aluminum 6061 and Steel AISI 1020. The results indicate that Steel AISI 1020 offers better mechanical properties, with maximum stress of 84.852 MPa and minimal deformation of 0.1082 mm, compared to Aluminum 6061. The findings recommend using Steel AISI 1020 for constructing the electric scooter frame due to its superior strength and safety factor.
