This study assessed the prevalence of crystalluria, crystal types, and their associations with comorbidities and urinary tract infections among outpatients at Hassan II Hospital in Settat. Out of 1,025 urine samples, 22.04% exhibited crystalluria, with calcium oxalate being the most common crystal type, and significant associations found with diabetes and prostatitis. The study highlights the importance of monitoring crystalluria to prevent kidney stones and related infections.
