What is Dungeon Monsters and Treasures Guide about?

This document provides dungeon masters with lists of monsters and treasures organized by dungeon level to help populate dungeons. It suggests placing a few specially designed monsters and treasures in key areas of each level and then randomly selecting from the lists to fill other spaces. Monsters should account for 20% of rooms and only 20% of monsters should have no treasure to make finding loot more challenging. Treasure is also listed by level and it is best for the DM to selectively place most treasure
