This study investigates the impact of aromatase inhibitors (AI) and tamoxifen (TAM) on the number of oocytes retrieved during oocyte and embryo banking cycles compared to no adjuvant medication (NAM). Results show that cycles using AI resulted in fewer oocytes retrieved and cryopreserved compared to NAM, while no significant differences were found between TAM and NAM. The findings suggest that AI may compromise oocyte yield in non-gonadotoxic cycles, but remain effective for gonadotoxic treatment cycles.
