About this document

Upcycling Volcanic Ash by victor mutai is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This study investigates the use of two types of volcanic ash from China for geopolymer synthesis, highlighting their differing reactivity and mechanical properties. The results indicate that the volcanic ash from Jinlin Province (S2) exhibits higher geopolymerization activity and mechanical strength compared to that from Shanxi Province (S1). The findings also emphasize the influence of sodium hydroxide concentration on the rheological behavior and compressive strength of the resulting geopolymers.
