The study investigates the effect of calcination temperature and erbium substitution on the structural and optical properties of nickel zinc ferrite nanoparticles synthesized via the sol-gel autocombustion method. Characterization techniques such as XRD and SEM confirm the spinel cubic structure and reveal variations in crystallite size and optical energy band gap with increasing calcination temperature. The findings indicate significant changes in properties due to erbium doping and temperature adjustments
