This document analyzes the levels of natural radioactivity in raw materials and finished cement products from the cement industry in Macedonia. A total of 218 samples were collected from 2005-2007, including raw materials like fly ash, pozzolana, gypsum, and clinker as well as finished cement products. Gamma spectrometry analysis found the highest mean specific activities of 226Ra, 232Th, and 40K in fly ash.
