About this document
Comparison of Proliferation and Osteogenic Differentiation Potential of Bovine Adipose Tissue and Bone Marrow Derived Stem Cells by Volkan Yprkc is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study compares the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation potential of bovine adipose tissue-derived stem cells (ATSC) and bone marrow-derived stem cells (BMSC). The results indicate that ATSC exhibit higher alkaline phosphatase levels and calcium deposition at earlier stages, while BMSC demonstrate greater mineralization by day 21. This suggests that ATSC differentiate more rapidly, but BMSC may be more effective for long-term bone regeneration.
