This study examined the prevalence of neonatal asphyxia resulting from breech presentation births by vaginal delivery at a hospital in Palembang, Indonesia between 2012-2014. Of the 191 breech births by vaginal delivery studied, 21.5% (41 cases) experienced neonatal asphyxia.
