What is UP Diliman Performing Arts Center Proposal about?

This document proposes a Center of the Performing Arts at the University of the Philippines Diliman campus to support education in the performing arts. It notes that while the arts are important for shaping individuals and society, appreciation of the arts in the Philippines is lacking due to deficiencies in arts education. The proposed center, located at the site of the current UP Tennis Courts, would support both performing arts students through hands-on experience and non-performing arts students by cult
