This case report describes a case of bilateral epidermoid polycystic ovaries and associated uterine hypoplasia in a cow. On gross examination, both ovaries were enlarged with a floating consistency and multilobulated appearance. On cut section, mucopurulent fluid was extruded from the ovaries.
