What is Chatbots in Language Learning: Educator Insights about?
This study investigates the perceptions and satisfaction of future educators regarding the use of chatbots as conversational partners in language learning. A mixed-method approach was employed with 176 undergraduates from Spain and Poland, who interacted with three chatbots over four weeks, using a custom evaluation model. Results indicated positive perceptions towards chatbot integration, particularly in ease of use and attitudes, although behavioral intention scores were lower.
