What is Occupational Stress in Egyptian Teachers about?

This study assessed the prevalence of occupational stress, anxiety, and depression among 568 Egyptian teachers, finding that 100% experienced occupational stress, 67.5% had anxiety, and 23.2% had depression. Higher levels of these issues were associated with factors such as age over 40, being female, inadequate salary, and higher workload. The findings highlight the need for further research on risk factors and the importance of medical and psychological support for teachers.
