What is Leveraging Generative AI To Facilitate Peer Feedback in Collaborative Argumentation Learning about?

This study investigates the use of generative AI (GenAI) to enhance peer feedback in collaborative argumentation learning among student teachers. Results indicate that peer feedback supported by GenAI, especially with prompt scaffolding, significantly improves argumentation performance and feedback quality. The findings suggest implications for instructional design in higher education to better utilize GenAI in peer feedback processes.
