This study evaluates green extraction methods, specifically pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) and ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE), for recovering antioxidant compounds from the epicarp, seed, and seed tegument of Hass avocado. The results indicate that both extraction techniques yield similar total phenolic content, but PLE extracts demonstrate higher antioxidant capacity, suggesting their potential applications in food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.
