What is Building a Circle Machine Transmitter about?

This document provides instructions for building a "Circle Machine" transmitter using cardboard, potentiometers, wire, magnets, foil, and a plastic lid. The transmitter is meant to amplify telepathic messages sent to a target person. It works by tuning the three potentiometers to find a "stick" that properly tunes each one, while gazing at the foil circle and thinking of the message to send to the target.
