This technical data sheet provides information on a silicone primer. It is a high performance, near zero VOC, water-based silicone resin primer designed to impregnate porous masonry substrates. It penetrates through capillary action to form a water barrier. It is suitable for concrete, plaster, brick, wood and other absorbent surfaces. The primer dries within 30 minutes to 1 hour and can be overcoated after 2 hours. It contains no solvents and provides excellent water resistance and breathability.
