What is Speed Melee Scrapper: Velocity Powers Guide about?

The Speed Melee (Scrapper) set offers great mobility and decent crowd control with various attacks that generate Velocity stacks, enhancing movement speed and stun chances. Key abilities include Double Punch, Jackhammer, and Pinball, which utilize Velocity for increased effectiveness, while Mach Punch delivers high damage at the cost of all stacks. The playstyle emphasizes quick cooldowns and AoE capabilities but requires careful management of endurance and Velocity stacks for optimal performance.
