Verwendet man bei der von Kirby11 angegebenen Methode zur Darstellung der Monoesterphosphate einen UberschuR an phosphoriger Saure, so erhalt man bei der Jodoxydation ein Gemisch mehrerer Phosphate. Im Falle des y.y-Dimethyl-allylalkohols entstehen neben dern erwarteten Dimethyl-allylphosphat auch der Pyrophosphorsaureester und anorganisches Pyrophosphat. Interessanterweise wird unter diesen Reaktionsbedingungen der Diniethylallylalkohol von Jod nicht angegriffen. Die erhaltenen Produkte lassen sich iiber das von Kirby') vermutete Zwischenprodukt JPO32-erklaren. Man isoliert y.y-Dimethyl-allylpyrophosphat in Ausbeuten von 35-40 %, bezogen auf den eingesetzten Alkohol. Beschreibung der Versuche 86 mg (1 mMol) y.y-Dimethyl-allylalkohol, 0.82 g (10 mMol) krist. H3P03 (vorher uber P205 i. Vak. getrocknet) und 5 ccm (35 mMol) Tricthylamin werden in 15-20 ccm absol. Acetonitril gelost und innerhalb 11/2-2 Stdn. mit 3.8 g festem Jod (15 mMol) versetzt. Es ist darauf zu achten, dal3 das Jod in kleinen Anteilen zugegeben wird und die vorherige Entfarbung abgewartet wird.
