What is Inspiring Story of Hope and Perspective about?

Two men shared a hospital room, one confined to his bed by the window and the other bedridden. Each afternoon, the man by the window would describe the outside world beyond the window to his roommate, bringing him joy. After the man by the window passed away, his roommate requested to be moved to the window, but discovered the window faced a blank wall - his previous roommate had been blind and was describing the world from his imagination to bring his roommate happiness.
