The three tallest buildings in India are located in Mumbai. The Imperial Towers I and II are the tallest at 254 meters tall with 61 floors. They were the tallest until 2012 when Palais Royale surpassed them while still under construction. Palais Royale will have 100 luxury apartments, amenities like pools and a cinema, and a total floor space of 88 lakh square feet. Lodha Bellissimo is currently the third tallest building in Mumbai at 222 meters tall with 53 expected floors to be completed by late 2012.
