To meet new EU emission standards, Peugeot is upgrading the 50cc Speedfight scooter ignition system. The new system includes a dual catalyzer exhaust, carburetor settings tuned for the new exhaust, and a Shindengen variable advance CDI ignition module. The module allows for variable ignition timing to further reduce emissions.
