The AXI4-Lite IPIF core provides a lightweight interface between an ARM AXI interconnect and user IP cores by decoding addresses across multiple ranges. It supports 32-bit read and write transfers with reads having higher priority. Address holes are ignored for writes and return zero for reads. Both AXI and the internal IP interconnect use little-endian format. The core includes address decoding and protocol/timing translation between the AXI and internal IP interfaces.
