What is FAXBOT: Scheduling for Office Couriers about?

This paper explores the integration of planning, scheduling, and execution in autonomous robot office couriers, focusing on the FAXBOT system. It emphasizes the need for flexibility and robustness in scheduling to adapt to incomplete information and changing environments, allowing the robot to efficiently manage multiple delivery tasks. The proposed control system utilizes concurrent reactive plans and modular scheduling techniques to optimize long-term efficiency and handle real-time adjustments during tas
